Whichever is the higher bid will win, assuming any reserve bid is met. If the same amounts are bid by two AS snipers the bid which eBay accepts first (not necessarily which one AS sends first) is the winner. Since this interval is measured in nanoseconds, I don't think it's possible to say which would be first....
