I sold a bag and I have been reported to Square Trade. My auction finished on Saturday morning and the winning bidder paid by paypal that day, I posted the goods to the winner 1st class insured mail (she had to sign for the package)on the following Tuesday (2 working days later) I then went away for a few days and when I got home on Sunday I found that on the Thursday she had reported me to Square Trade saying that the goods were not with her and I had not replied to her e-mails so she wanted a full refund.This was only 4 working days after the end of the auction. I was shocked so I checked with the post office and they stated that she signed for her goods on the Friday. Is this fair? Surley there must be a rule that states you have to wait a certain amount of time before reporting people? I also left her positive feedback as soon as she paid and now there is no way of letting other sellers know that she is impatient or withdrawing my nice comment about her. I am really trying to express my fustration on this page. Thanks for reading fellow ebayer!
