My bid amount for my sniper account is higher than what I see ebay has as my max bid. I first bid this item without the sniper help. Is everything ok?

Yes, it sounds just fine to me. Remember, AS will not send your snipe to Ebay until just before the auction ends. At that time, just like a proxy, only as much as is needed to win , if you sniped high enough, will be used.

One last question. SA does not have my credit card info. When do they need that.
Your first three snipes,of course are free. So, anytime before or during your fourth snipe will work...or sooner is fine too. 
Thank you, but I didn't make myself clear with my question. If I bid and win an item for $600 does Ebay go ahead and charge my credit card on account with them or do I pay SA to pay them?
AS and Ebay are NOT connected. You only pay AS for their services. Anything you win on Ebay is still paid there as you always have done.
