Does AS limit the amount of any single bid like for a vehicle auction?
I understand my account must have at least $9.95 to pay the AS fee (if won) for any single auction won greater than $995.00

If using Paypal, the minimum amount you can transfer is $5.00, but that’s not the minimum amount that your balance needs to be. You need only cover the fee for your next snipe. If your snipe wins an auction at $100, then you need only have a $1 balance.
If you use a credit card (do consider this over Paypal), then no balance is needed.
If there is a maximum bid amount, you would have to be one very, very rich person to reach it.
