Do I have to pay if I won but Ebay cancelled auction because of fraud?

I won an auction and in less than an hour I got an email from ebay saying the sellers account was accessed illegally and the auciton was cancelled. AS still has sent me a bill. Can this be reveresed?

Be sure to forward the information on the canceled auction to AS in your support case. You should get a refund.
