E-snipes didn't work today and yesterday. I missed the oppotunity to purchase three items on e-bay. On "My snipes", it said "Ready", but they didn't go through. What should I do now? How do I know if next time works or not? Thanks,

If a competitor's product did not work, perhaps you should inquire there, instead of here at Auction Sniper.

It’s possible the competitive site doesn’t have a forum, so this is the only place their users can post.
Typically AS removes the name of any competitive site that’s posted on the forum, but seeing that it appears that this competitive site screwed up, I wonder what AS will do this time.
