Purchased two items from the same seller. Because the seller was shipping via USPS Priority Mail, I did request that he insure the items. Well, it is now going on two weeks and still no delivery Email responses from the seller will not confirm if he insured the shipment and he claims that shipment is probably delayed because of Katrina(can you say, "blame game"). Anyway, do I have a claim of any sort and if so, with whom??
