Didn't place my maximum bid

I've used AS many times, but just lost one I really wanted because $100 bid was too low....the item went for only $16! Why didn't you bid my max bid?????? Are you guys falling apart? Can't count or or use you anymore....

Didn't place my maximum bid either! What's the deal? Said my bid of $18.++ was too low and the item sold for $17.++. Frustrating!!!

If you supply the auction number (actual link would be nice), someone on the forum might be able to spot something. If not, then you might want to file a support request:

Also, providing the actual closing price and snipe amount might prove helpful.
