Didn't bid twice now!

This is getting frustrating. Twice now I've put in bids well over the winning bid and set it for 8 seconds before and it did NOTHING. No bids. When it works, it works great, but I can't depend on it. I've lost two important bids in the last few days because it didn't bid. Grrrh! I hope someone gets this figured out. I thought it was supposed to be reliable. Yes, I turned in a support report with the item number too.

Very disappointing for me too... bid not placed for me, on a very intere$ting item... my sniping bid was over 15$ greater than final price... VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Auction closed and by BID is still HERE in "READY" state....
