Did Not Win ?

I set up a snipe for an auction finishing today, No 7584337832. It was set up in plenty of time, but it failed to win, even though my max bid ws several £ above the winner, eg above the bid increment. When I check the snipe info, it says 'Did Not Win', and when I try and get further info, it fails, saying 'technical difficulties'. Yesterday I received an email warning me that another snipe was outbid. However the item description was incorrect, and I had not been outbid. What is going on?. I have several important items coming up tomorrow, and if AS is not going to be reliable, then I will have to find an alternative sniping site.
