My understanding is you will get a 'Did Not Win' if after the auctions ends, AS gets a status they don't recognize, or no reply at all from eBay. AS later determines that you did in fact lose the auction, but can't say for sure why.

If that doesn't satisfy you, I would file a support case with AS from the help page. (very bottom) You'll need to provide an auction # and your eBay ID and/or email address on file with AS.

I would agree that more details are in order, so you would want to file a case with AS support. However, if, as you said, you have used AS for quite a while and have been happy, then you already know that this is not a common problem.
