Did Not Win

Lost a deal because bid evidently wasn't placed. Read other similar posts, but wanted to request that you modify the FAQs to include 'Did not win' in the message descriptions. This was the message I received when my bid was not placed, but in the FAQs it isn't shown as one of the message types.

It's a general message. It's when you didn't win, but we cant tell why. The most common causes would be the snipe bid not making it to eBay in time, or eBay processing it too slowly etc. However we dont get a message back from eBay so we cant tell why. I believe if we bid and it gets there late eBay says the bidding is closed. So this is a failure to receive confirmation of bid placement either on time or not, or bid not placed, etc. Could be internet problems etc. Although most likely cause last night was it being a busy sunday, i am unaware of
any internet problems anywhere along the way.
