I lost an auction yesterday and my proxy was for $45.00. The item sold for $36.95..

What can I do? All of AS information is the same as my eBay information so I'm a little puzzled. My lead time is always (9) seconds and this is the first time I've had this problem. (not happy)

Were you really unaware of the Help tab and how to contact support?

Use the verfify link at the bottom of the My Snipes page to check all is well.

This happened to me a month or so ago - 1st time ever but still annoying.
