I just need to know how to transfer snipes from one account to the other. Both are registered but need to cancel one to transfer to the other. Please advise.

Here's my answer to your question:-
I suspect that you cannot move snipes from one account to another as it's not the sort of thing that anyone would need normally.
The solution: Create the same snipe on the new account then log into AS on the old account and cancel the original snipes. A tad long winded but it should solve the problem!
