Customer Support NEVER WORKS

I added funds to my balance 27 minutes ago, and they still have not been credited to me. I have auctions I want to bid on before I log off...i want to go to sleep! But Auction Sniper, you are keeping me up.

I tried to contact you through ALL THREE of your customer service links, but they are down. Again. I have tried in the past to contact you but to no avail. It is usually a weekend, and between 3-6am EST. Is that a problem? The first time I wrote a complaint and was told "Sorry, our site was temporarily down."
Is your sight temporarily down WEEKLY? Or do I just have bad luck.

I only want my funds to be credited to my account. It has now been 31 minutes, and a bid ridiculous.

Yes, but the site to file a support request isn't responding for me either.

You could always give them your credit card info, or hope they see this post.
