I can rationalise:
- I shouldn't lose my 100% positive rating for doing a friend a favour
- The seller is probably going to retaliate as I refused to pay her "standard postage charge" - I pointed out that ebay rules didn't allow her to do so after the event!
- The china plate turned out to be varnished as a display item and not the useable item it should have been
My friend thinks (he would, he's the injured party!) I should give her a negative and be damned. I pointed out she did give in and charged half the postage she first asked for. I also said, in rather a cavalier fashion to him, "just try Nitromors paint stripper!"
I know, in my heart of hearts, I should give a negative, but I have this nasty yellow streak see ........
