For one 9 number auction item, I tried to "Snipe it Now" and I tried to enter it manually. Both times, Sniper said it could not find the item?? This has never occured in all my snipes and it is a regular item in Sterling Flatware.

File a support case and include the item #, or inlcude it here so we can test it.
Are you sure it's an auction? Last time this happened it wasn't an auction. We can only snipe auctions. Not fixed price or stores which of course are "buy now" items.

Yep Sara, it was an auction - not a Buy It Now or anything else. Then it started happening with other items. By the end of the day, it had corrected itself. Everything is OK now. I did file a support case.
It's not fine yet. I'm having the same problem (and will file a report right away).
I had the same problem a day or two ago, but I just figured your site was having probs and tried again an hour or two later - was fine.
It's good to let us know because it could mean eBay has made a change in the way their HTML on the page is displayed and we might not be able t read the new layout.
The other problem that could be is that eBay is down or partially down or that category is down. That has happened a lot of times in the past week. Quite a few intermittent times where certain areas of their site couldn't be accessed for 10-45+ minutes. I noticed such a thing this morning which could be why someone here saw it happen today. The way to find out would be to try to enter that same item now and if it works then it was due to an eBay problem. I can say that because the programmers haven't been here since Friday evening and couldn't have been around to fix anything.
