Hats off to the Auction Sniper team that diagnosed and solved last week's melt-down in record time! I have placed 4 successful auctions since then and they were placed exactly as expected. Sometimes I think that we users lose sight of the fact that enormous anxiety, frustration, and head-scratching must accompany any glitch that impairs, impedes, and disrupts service to AR customers....and even threatens the continued existence of sniping. We are used to 'perfection' and any divergence therefrom, however small or short-lived, elicits an outcry that can be downright ugly, and generally unjustified. I 'love' AR and cannot bear to imagine going back to the old cumbersome manual snipes. So I say again: THANKS GUYS....A JOB WELL DONE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! LONG LIVE AR! If ever there was an economical and facilitating software service, it has to be AUCTION SNIPER.
