Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. There appears to be something amiss on our end that has caused the import wizard to cease functioning. Our technical team is currently investigating this situation and will have it resolved as soon as possible.

Update - I just heard back from our technical team regarding this matter and am pleased to report that this issue has been resolved. Therefore, you should all be able to resume using the "Import Wizard" functionality once again.

Has this problem been sorted? I am writing more than 2 months after the problem has been reported. I am in Australia running a Mac with OSX10.5. For the last few years I have had no problem importing my snipes but now it is always blank - no matter what browser I use IE, Safari, Netscape, Firefox - they are all the same - no result. I have verified my account. I can add items manually but this is frustrating. Can anyone advise on how to fix? Or is this with the IT crew to correct? Cheers Matt
