Check if seller is blocking me? | Auction Sniper

This often happens to me: I see an item I want to bid on, but the seller only lists the USA as a shipping destination. I live in Canada and over the years, almost every seller is willing to ship to Canada if I send them a message ahead of time.

I did this recently. The seller agreed to ship to Canada and told me the shipping cost. So I set up a snipe on the item. Unfortunately, when the sniper triggered, I was a blocked bidder due to being in Canada. I guess the seller forgot to lift the block for me.

Is there a way to check if I am blocked (other than asking the seller)? I guess I could make a test bid manually, but it would be great if there was a way in the AS/Ebay backend to check if a particular user is blocked from an auction.

No. Pity ebay doesn't provide this.
