CHARGED FOR MORE THAN ONE SNIPE FOR EACH ITEM WON!!

I HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WHEN USING AUCTION SNIPER BEFORE, YOU GAVE ME 20 FREE SNIPES.

I STARTED USING AUCTION SNIPER AGAIN IN THE LAST FEW DAYS NOW USING MY FREE SNIPES, BUT ON 15 JUN 2002, ITEM # 1358815153, CHARGED 3 SNIPES; ON 16 JUN 2002 ITEM # 1359009528, CHARGED 6 SNIPES; ON 16 JUN 2002, ITEM # 1359070129, CHARGED 2 SNIPES.

OVER THIS WEEKEND I TRYED TO USE AUCTION SNIPER SEVERAL TIMES, AND COULD NOT GET IT TO OPEN TO USE IT.

I HAVE ONLY BEEN USING AUCTION SNIPER FOR THE ITEMS THAT I DON'T CARE IF I WIN OR LOSE, TO SEE IF IT WILL WORK LIKE IT SHOULD.

I USE ANOTHER SNIPER PROGRAM TO BID ON THE ITEMS I CARE ABOUT, IT WORKS LIKE IT SHOULD.

IF THIS KEEPS GOING LIKE THIS, I WILL QUIT USING AUCTION SNIPER.

This is a bug.

You will not be charged.

All duplicates will be removed. Always.

It‘s driving me crazy though! Everyone is writing in about it. I will be begging the programmers to save my sanity and fix this quickly.
