I have a real dilemma. I changed my ebay password and went into my account and changed my password with auction sniper. I just sniped a couple of items but had to enter my password so I entered my new one. It says the item has been sniped but it is not on my active page. Where are they? I had to use my old password to get onto the forum. What should I do? Where can I find the items I just sniped? I don't want to snipe them twice. Help!

Not sure if I’m understanding this, but to bring up completed snipes, on the “My Snipes” page you’ll see:
[Choose Snipes: Active | Ended | Won | Lost | Custom | Today | All ]

Click on “Ended” or “All” and you should be able to bring up complete snipes, and you won't be charged twice by AS.

If you are looking for active snipes, make sure “Active” has been selected. Also [Choose Folder:] may contain snipes in other folders, if you’ve used other folders.

I don’t see the harm in having two snipes. The ebay ID will be the same, so you won’t be bidding against yourself.
Sorry Rick had to pack up and go to work. I have tried everything and it won't recognize my new password. Yes, I was in active and the snipes were not listed. I sniped from the tool bar and it asked for my password which it didn't in the past and I typed in my new password which it took and said the snipe had been made. I have tried several times to change it in my account, but it doesn't seem to take. I had to log onto the forum using my old password. Does it take a while for it to change? Should I resnipe those items? Thanks. Valerie

The forum and AuctionSniper are two separate services, each with their own passwords and ID. The ID/password you use for AS to place snipes must match what you have specified in ebay. Whatever you use for the forum need not match.

At the bottom of your “My Snipes”, you'll see the following to verify that AS’ password/ID matches ebay’s:
Note: Click the Verify link to make sure
Auctionsniper has your proper eBay information to
place your snipes.
