I've not been able to add watches, or import snipes since mid June. Here's the run down:

Joined AS years ago.
Never had account or payment issues.
I have a POSITIVE balance in my Sniper Payment account.
Using iBook, Firefox, Mac OSX, Earthlink DSL, Wireless.
Password for eBay is correct.
When I try to used the "Snipe It Now" Link in my toolbar, nothing happens.
When I try to "Import watches" it appears to try to login and recover them, but then nothing is ever imported.
Have logged out, then back into AS to try to fix.
Added Credit Card for billing purposes.


Any suggestions that I haven't tried?

Hi Nythaed,

We'd need to look into your specific account situation to know for sure, but I suspect the reason you are unable to import your watches into Auction Sniper is because you are using the BETA version of the new My eBay page. If this is the case, you just need to opt out of using the BETA version of the new My eBay page and you should then be able to import your watches into Auction Sniper once again.
