hello mrs. m,

it is NOT the same person, but i am gun-shy now.

without realizing it was against ebay tos (post
was removed though), i posted the person's name.

i was warned and intend to comply. i have got
some mailings out though. they were sent to the
person's local pd, bbb and the state's ag office.
and, microsoft (claimed to be resell/distributor)

i am exploring on filing mail fraud, and am
contemplating fbi's ifcc. i am fairly determined
to nail this guy. this has to be stopped.

seemed to me though, by not letting me post on
ebay they =appeared= to turn the other way when
it comes to this kind of practice.

sorry, venting.
rick,

i don't know how this is going to work. but, i
sure as heck am going to try.

my suggestion is to print everything. i even
burned the web pages onto cdroms. i sent those,
=copies= of the print-outs (never originals),
scanned images of the original print-outs,
copies of usps certified/return-receipt sent.

i got suspicious, so when your senses are saying
something's not right, start documenting. because
when the site found out, they'd pull it and you
have no access or no way to proof your claim.

i have not started yet, but i need to go face
to face with postal inspectors/fbi to make
certain that i have enough documentations.

this kind of people REALLY rubbed me the wrong
way, and i'm going to push it as far as it'll go
the best i can.
