Can't view confirmation. | Auction Sniper

I know I must be doing something wrong. I've never done this step before & I can't make it work. I lost an auction because of "bid below increment." (Btw, how do I find the bid increment?) When I selected the auction on the "my snipes" page to see more info I got a condensed version of the AS home page, w/tabs for home, etc. at the top of the page & about us, etc. below it. There were also flag icons to select a language, & when I clicked one I got the full home page.

How can I view the confirmation?

there's a link on the email- click on that...

the other thing's a bug - report it via help tab

Mary,

When you signed into AS, did you check Remember Me (I believe that's the default)?

Yes I did, so I guess that's not it?

I didn't keep the email, but next time I will.
