I am having a problem being able to log into my account with Mozilla and I also can't use the snipe it now from my toolbars in both Safari and Mozilla. I got an email through to support but their response was to give me instructions on how to add the snipe it now to my toolbar!! totally ignoring the fact that I can't even log in. It appears that the servers are way too busy for business....haven't been able to even respond with an answer regarding their support reply. Hopefully this will post and someone can help me before I give up...and go find another sniping service. Thank you!!

Can you log in OK on eBay?
What actually happens when you try logging in on AS - do you get an error message? Or is it the server's bussy message that you hinted at that you're getting.
Have you recently changed passwords/anything?
I assume it was once working OK so something must have happened...
In my experience you need to spell out the exact problem to support. Tell them what happened and what you've tried in order to eliminate guesswork.

After waiting forever for the page to load when I try to log in, I finally get the message that the address is not available. This only happens on Firefox...I can log in on Safari. But I can no longer get through on Safari or Firefox to respond to their original support reply now. Appears as if the servers are busy but this has been going on for a while.Right here is the only place I have to discuss the issue to get help. I have not changed any passwords, etc. If that was the case, I probably wouldn't be able to log in on Safari. No other actions seem to be able to get through. I'm about ready to give up and go elsewhere. It seems to be a problem with Auction Sniper's servers, or that is how it appears. Thank you again for responding.

This looks like a problem that only the support staff will be able to address. The forum is maintained by a different company, so that’s why you’re able to access it, but not the rest of AS.

A couple of suggestions:
1) Wait for someone from support to see this thread and work with you via this forum. No way of knowing how long that will be.
2) Never tried this, nor recommended it, so might or might not work – click on the triangle icon in the lower right corner of your post to “Report This Post”. That “might” get a quicker response then the first suggestion.

Then there is always the “Hasta la vista, baby” approach.
