Can't figure out why I'm getting a 'bid too low' message

Try clicking on 'Update Prices'?

Tried manually entering a slightly higher snipe too. Tried logging out & logging back in. Tried refreshing page. Tried thinking happy thoughts. No luck!

Wow! That "happy thoughts" tactic REALLY should've worked! LOL!

Have you gone to the ebay page itself to verify the current winning bid? If so, I'm stumped!

It's been 3-4 weeks, but this was a 'bug' that was suppose to have been fixed. Read the following thread through page 2, about half way down. If If (IF) this is the same problem, your bid will still be placed as long as it says Ready (even if in red).

Kind of scary though, and needs attention.

If not 'fixed' by auction end, PLEASE let us know if bid was placed by AS?

I wasn't sure I could trust it to bid so I canceled and re-entered the bid - and won the auction, so I'm glad I didn't take a chance.
