can't enter snipe

I've checked and doublt and tripled checked, but i can't add a snipe. I enter the item number (cut and paste off ebay's page) the dollar amount (20.00) leave the rest at the default.

then I get the stop sign that says it couldn't add and to check the information.

used the service twice before flawlessly. not doing anything different now.
