Can't access my account

When I try to log in, I cannot access my account/my snipes. I get an error page. When I return to the home page, I am shown as logged in, but still get an error when trying to access My Account/My Snipes. I have cookies enabled, security settings off. I am able to use SNIPE IT NOW from my IE Toolbar (thank goodness - I love it - it's always worked properly for me). I need to access my account to make sure my payment information is up to date (i.e. afraid my current credit card is not registered). I would appreciate any suggestions beyond cookies and security settings (already checked those). Thank you, Sheila

I had this problem, clearee up after loging out and signing back in.
