Can someone tell me why I didn't win?

I have just tried to place a snipe on a auction.
But I am confused as to why I didnt win it.

The auction had about 10minutes to go when I set up the snipe.
minmum bid was £51 i set my max at £60.26
the auction was won on a bid of £52

it placed my snipe but it didn't increase to my max?

Any advice would be appreciated so I can understand what went wrong

Tiger,

You should file a support request so that someone from AS support can look at your account. Although the description for this particular forum says, “Post any issues here and get answers both from Auction Sniper support and from other Auction Sniper users!”, the first half of that “both” is a rarity.
