Can somebody explain to a Newie please

When placing a notice to bid, there is a Blue Line that says "Customize Time Zone", as I am in Australia, do I have to use it, or does Auction Sniper pick this up itself??

Thanks very much for the info, didn't know if they used the same numbers in USA, but when Sellers leave 6 or 7 seconds between items you want, I am glad I am a member with Auction Sniper, pulled another person already, Thanks again Bye dixie
