Can Not ADD new Snipes

I have been unable to ADD new snipes from the My Snipes page. When I click on the ADD button the page times out and says "sever not found".
I get the same result when I try to send a message for tech support regarding the web pages.
Any idea what is going on? I've tried this from two different computers.
I've had to use ********* on a couple auctions today.
