can I subscribe to individual message threads?

Is it possible to subscribe to individual topics (threads) on these forums, so that after posting I can receive a copy or notification (by email) of any replies, without returning to the forum? I don't want to receive a digest of all messages or scan through all messages. Anyone know how to do this?

Click on "My Pop" at the top of the page. Then click on "subscriptions". Then use "Edit" to change delivery.

Email takes awhile (maybe 30 minutes).

Let me know if you have any problems.
