You must still be pissed - invalid auction #.

He sells tons of things, and everyone else seems to be happy. Don't know which one was yours, so...

Go back and read the auction again. If you are still convinced you got taken for a ride, try telling the seller your concerns to see if you can work it out. Also check out these links.

Well, it is now an invalid number because eBay pulled the auction(three days after it closed). The seller is a 'she'. It is certainly a counterfeit. I have purchased many of the Kate Spade, so I am positive. Had my head in the clouds in this one. Have now reported it to Kate Spade's headquarters. Do appreciate yout interest. Thanks.

Probably no harm done. Lots of ID's end up here, and it's in general. I'm like Mrs. M in that I wouldn't have done it. If we add a couple hundred pictures no one but us regulars will even bring it up.

No, I think you got the auction number wrong.

eBay numbers their auctions in order. They are not up that high a count yet.

Go to 'My eBay' and check 'Items I've Won'

If I was really ticked, I might leave an ID, but not their e-mail address.

I don't know about here, but on Ebay it is a TOS to do so.

You've been around enough to get a feel for what works, and doesn't work, on the forum. I try not to abuse that icon, but I have used it a couple of times. I don't know if Sara appreciates it, or if it's just another email in already very hectic day for her.

In the "old days" there might be 20 or 50 posts for the entire day from everyone. Easier to monitor it then. Lot harder in the "new days".

We have seldom used the icon, Rick. Maybe twice in six months, so I am sure she will take it serious. the thing is, that person named could have just as easily been one of us.

My mistake, they DO have auctions that high, but some of the auctions ending as we speak are only up to 2208xxxxxx. There must be some method of assigning item numbers. Maybe blocks of numbers for different categories? Anyone know?

Puppy, I don't think so. I looked at my things and I don't see any pattern.
