Today, I am very disappointed with Auctionsniper. Up until today I've had no problem with the service. It has always given fine service for the last year.
But today I was burned by the on-the-hour bug. I had a lead time of 8 second for the auction 3082720047. It ended on the hour of 19:00 PST. So, for whatever reason, my bid did not make it on time. I definitely had a bid price far above that of the winning bid.
I really wish either this were fixed, or my bid lead time automatically increased. Hopefully the item will show up again sometime in the near future.
