Yes, don't know that one but...

Load file into photobase.
Click on File --> Save As

Of course you will be able to change the name, but also may be
able to change the file type to jpg, gif, or up to dozens of others.
Should be in a drop down menu of some kind.

In the very top left corner you should have something like:

File Edit View ect...
