Bidding on a foreigner auction

I'm an Italian ebay member.
I have to bid on a German auction.
The auction says "I ship only to Germany".
I have contacted by email the seller and he said "Yes, I can ship to Italy".
The answer is the following:
Does it work the auctionsniper autobid on this auction?

This is the seller's link that will allow you to bid (per Fraggle's post that follows Sara's), assuming the seller has blocked foreign buyers:
http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderPermitLogin

If that's all OK, then AS will be able to snipe (remember - the snipe amount is in the currency of the auction).
