Bid placed when cancelled button hit. Why?

27 minutes before the auction ended, I cancelled the snipe. Then the auctions sniper bid on my behalf. It ended up costing me $520... Why did this happen.

You mean that you went ahead and completed a $520 transaction by paying a seller from whom you did not wish to purchase?

This is a serious issue - log a support case via the HELP tab and talk to AS staff rather than us users - do let us know the outcome though!
