bid not placed

We did snipe for you however your max bid wasnt enough. eBay requires you to bid at last 1 "bid increment" higher than the current bid. In this case you needed to bid at least $63 because their bid was $62, not $61 as you mentioned.

You can see the exact reply we received from eBay by doing this:

1.) sign in
2.) click my snipes tab
3.) change the "Show" drop down box to show "Snipes I've Lost"
4.) click the "Confirmation" button on the right side of the page for the snipe you lost.

When yo do that you'll see:

Thanks for this information. However, when I press confirmation, all 3 of my current messages start with this:

"Unknown Error
An unknown or unspecified error has occured."

A genuine message then follows. Is this usual?
