Lead time is the one I always use: 10

my bid was 86.33 the winner won with 59.89.


MySnipes still lists the snipe as ready even though in the time section it says the auction has ended!

Looks like you did everything right. I think this is a job for AS' support, unless someone else sees something I'm missing.

My snipe on 3433010547 wasn't placed, too. It had a lead of 3s ended at $11 even my snipe was $16. It is logged as "did not win"... What happened? I wasn't able to connect to auctionsniper.com the whole day until 4pm (GMT+1).

Sounds like your lead time. 3 seconds is cutting it close. Consider using 8 seconds, with 15 seconds on Sunday evenings and auctions ending on the exact quarter hour.

This was probably our fault. We were doing a quick upgrade at our colo to double our bandwidth. It wasn't scheduled because it was expected to take only 30 seconds. It ended up lasting about 5 minutes and about 3 minutes worth of snipes missed around 2:45pm on Thursday.

This one falls into the unknown category. We were up all day even partially during the 3 minute period noted above. I couldnt find a sniper account with your username, email address, or any account with a snipe on the item # you listed.
