Bid "not in time"

I had the auction
1394124943
listed, ending today (11/6/2002 6:01:21 AM ) with my normal lead time of 5 seconds.

I received a report that the bid was late.

How come??

I, too had the same thing happen to me today--and the auction ended with "no bidders!"

I had the same problem a week or two ago, AS usually blames it on a time lag at ebay, if you dig around this forum you can find a link where they will apologize and give you free snipe credit. I've also changed my snipe time to 10 seconds because A. nobody can react to your bid in 10 seconds and B. If AS blows it they double the number of free snipes.
