Bid Groups set for 2, but cancelled after 1!

This is the second time this month that bid groups has cancelled a multiple buy after winning the first item (set up to win 2 of the 5 items selected). Yes, I set both groups up for winning 2 auctions, but the darn thing cancelled the group after the first win (and in both cases, my bid amounts were higher than the wins on the other auctions!). Anyone have an answer for this FUBAR?
