Just guessing here, but a problem with 'Confirmation not Available' seems to cause all bidding to stop in a bid group.

AS will not bid on an item till they have verified a loss on a previous auction, so if you get this message on any auction in a bid group, create a new one and move auctions still active to the new bid group. (after you verify the loss yourself at eBay)

If the first doesnt fire then the rest probably wont either. If the first fires you group is probably fine. That is what watching will do.
