Please HELP
I have managed to use a bid group before but at the moment I can't create a new folder. The 'button' that should be there isn't and its really annoying!!!!

Just tried it, and the 'Create' button is there and working for me.
I don't seem to have the right info on the action tool bar - it doesn't have a manage folder button.
It has Choose Snipes: Current Ended Won....
Choose Folder
& an items button on the RHS showing 25
How do I get the normal action tool bar back

Are you using the AS browser? I don't.
I click on the Manage Folders from the 'My Snipes' page.
I am currently unable to move snipes from "my snipes" folder to a bid group. I do everything I have always done and yet the snipes (with their boxes still checked) remain in the my snipes folder. I even tried deleting everything from both folders and re-entering the snipes directly into the bid group, but they still ended up back in my snipes.
It is sorted - apparently it was a UK thing!!!
