Can you just imagine what a mess that would be with all those little biddies running around. To many in tarnation to shake a stick at.

I suppose a bid group is a place where you stick a bunch o bids and "Bid on the items in this folder until I win X number of them" Where X is a number.

So, if you wanted two of those x-rated DVD's of "women with crabs" but not all 35 listed (Your cousin would kill you if you didn't get him one). And you wanted the best possible price. You could set a snipe on all 35 for less than a $2 screw and put them into a bid group. Set the bid group to only win 2 of them. Then go on that bass fishing trip with your niece that you have been dreaming about.

When you come back. All the work of bidding until you win 2 has been done for you.

It may not help you avoid that hot lake that you reffered to, but what the ....
For a newcomer you display a pretty good knowledge of sniper software, JimzOleBoay. Of course, redsniper could have looked at the top of this page and clicked on "faq" to find out what a bid group is, or he could have clicked on "search" to find discussions of the finer points of using AS's version of bid groups.
