A bid group allows you to added any number of auctions into what is called a "bid group folder". You then tell the folder how many items you want to win. It will keep bidding on those auctions, until it wins the number of auctions you specified, or runs out of auctions. Let's say you want to win 2 items out of 10 auctions - once you've won the 1st 2 items, the bid group folder stops bidding. Does that make sense? Any other questions?

They're very easy to work with.

Here's the bid group tutorial.

I learned the hard way, that once you have a win in a Bid Group, no matter how long ago it was (it could have been for an auction that closed months ago) and it reached the number of wins that you set (most people will set up a bid group for one item win at one time in a group) it will not EVER submitt another bid from that folder, even if it shows a "Ready" status when you set up the snipe.

So the lesson here, is to be sure to delete that bid group, or increase the number of wins in that folder. Otherwise, its completely useless to keep the old folder after you have successfully won an item!
