Bid Group Snipe Not Placed

I placed a snipe in a bid group earlier today and it was never placed. It says it is still ready and the auction is over.

Here is the info:

I'm not sure why it failed. Did I do something wrong? I had setup a bid group the same way the other day and the snipes went through fine(even though I was outbid).

I also tried to apply for credit but the message said:

Bid group not in our system or has already been credited.

Is this a new bid group folder, or had you used it before?

It was a bid group I had made the day before. Do you have to create a new bid group folder each time?

Bid group folders should be deleted after you use them.

Thanks for the info. I'll do that from now on. Someone should put that into the tutorial though. I checked back and there isn't anything in there about this.

I didn't check everywhere, but then, I am NEW... LOL.

You only need a new bid group if you already won an item in that bid group.

Alternatively you can modify the bid group and change the # of items you want to win from 1 to 2. But the safest thing to do is make a new one.

Hmmmm....well, I didn't win anything in the group and both snipes that were placed previously, disappeared from the group. I placed new snipes in the group but they were never placed. Any chance to get some free snipes? I'll make sure and create a new bid group each time. I think that is the safest best.
