Bid Group false win, cancellation...

Looks like you should file a support request:

The first two bid groups finished at the same time so how was AS going to ever win in that situation?
And are you re-using that bid group? @Cos you cannot!

Thanks R2 - I noticed that a little too late, and received the error messages from AS.

You guys don't think my matching times on the first two items had anything to do with the problem I experienced, do you? I can't imagine, expecially since AS picked up on the error and notified me of it.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Got an email that I'd won but looking at the bid history, my bid doesn't even show up. Good thing I had my bid group set to win 2 items so at least I don't have to reconstruct my list. HOWEVER, now I have to investigate to see if AS charged my account for this false win.

Hi speede,

The third auction looks to be the only problem. The status on the first two auctions are correct, but showing you as the winner on the third auction is incorrect, which then seems to have caused the “Bid Group Cancel” status on the remaining auctions. And, there was 32 minutes between the first two auctions and the third, which should have been more then enough time for AS to sort out any problems.

When you get a response from support please post it on the forum (it’s the only time the forum gets to hear from the support staff).

That's somewhat misleading. Speede would have won one of the last three auctions.

**Might** have won -- of course we don't know what the winning bidder's maximum was.

This issue was resolved Friday evening, so no one should experience that again.
