bid group failure

I am trying to figure out what happened today. There were 3 of the same item up and I only wanted 1 of them so I set up a bid group. It apparently submitted the first bid which was too low but did not submit the other 2 bids. The note said "Unresolved Bidgroup Item". Is there a minimum time between the end of the various auctions? These ended 2&5 minutes after the first auction. My maximum bid exceeded the winning bid on both auctions but no bids were submitted for them. Anybody have any idea what is the problem?

...sounds like they should have fired. I assume it was a new bid group (DON'T TRY TO USE OLD BID GROUPS!) so I guess you'll need to log a support call via the HELP tab...

FYI, Bid group worked for me tonight, 6/11, and has worked two other times recently.
