Hi,
I set a bid group up, the first of which finished a few hours ago, but despite the item being won for far less than I bid on it, it wasn't sniped. On looking at my 'all snipes' I have found that the bid group has completely disappeared.. the only remnant of it that is left is that it still shows as a folder.
The seller is selling some more of the items this afternoon, but I am now concerned that the same thing will happen again if I re-set the group of items up and that I will lose them all. Any help will be much apreciated.
The item # that wasn't sniped is 8236713896.
I might add that I have used bid groups to win many items and have never had this problem before.
